Welcome to
Kids, Teens & Screens!

Get help online - to help get offline!

Oh, the irony! We know! We know! But if you're here, you've probably found us online because you want some help getting your family offline - in some way, shape or form.

Hi Parents and Caregivers! We're Jo & Michelle! We're psychologists  - and we're parents, too!

We have seen first-hand the challenges of raising kids and teens in an increasingly virtual world. Whether your children are just entering the world of screen use or struggling to unplug, we have tools to help you guide them toward healthy screen independence. Here at Kids, Teens and Screens, we name these challenges, and then give you the tools and support you need to make changes at home, setting your family up to achieve more peace and success as you navigate the real world.

We have a realistic grasp of our tech-filled world with its many drawbacks and benefits. Let us help you leverage screen technology as a useful tool for you and your kids!
